BODY SUITABLE FOR WORKING IN HEAVY CONDITIONS
Our Piston Air Compressors feature a robust cast iron cylinder and cylinder covers, designed to perform reliably in the harshest industrial environments. The ductile iron crankshaft is securely connected to the body using ball bearings, while special alloy aluminum connecting rods ensure durability and stability.
LOW MAINTENANCE COST
CoolAir’s Piston Air Compressors are built with top-tier construction, resulting in lower maintenance costs and long-lasting performance—ideal for demanding applications.
EFFICIENT BEDDING
Each unit includes self-lubricating, special alloy sliding bearings for smoother operation. Our double-stage heavy-duty Piston Air Compressor models also feature needle bearings in the connecting rod, hub, and pin bearings for added efficiency.
SPECIAL VALVES
To maintain a consistent and high-quality compressed air flow, our Piston Air Compressors utilize concentric ring-type valves made of special alloy steel.
SAFE ENGINE PROTECTION SWITCH
Engine safety is prioritized with adjustable protection against electrical surges, particularly in our Çiita and Panther Piston Air Compressor models.
