Low Pressure Air Compressor : AirHorse specially designs its low-pressure compressors with advanced inline vector control* and PID control technology, enabling fast response while ensuring safety and reliability.
What is a Low Pressure Compressor?: Low pressure air compressors are classified based on their discharge pressure, typically ranging from 1 to 10 MPa. They are available in various types, including piston, diaphragm, screw, and centrifugal models.
The three-phase asynchronous motor used in AirHorse compressors has been tested by a national energy efficiency laboratory and meets the national first-level energy efficiency standard.
Safety and reliability are ensured with the IP54 high-protection grade motor design, effectively preventing malfunctions caused by harsh environmental conditions
Thanks to high energy efficiency and an added service factor, the motor is less prone to overload and premature aging, ensuring long-term performance and efficiency.
Energy-saving mode and remote operation switching can be directly controlled from the operation panel. In case of a fault, the display screen shows the error details, enabling quick troubleshooting and recovery.
Power-saving pressure adjustments and safety controls can be easily managed through the operation panel.
