Atmospheric air taken in by compressors contains moisture, which varies with temperature and location. In chemical dryers, H₂O molecules in compressed air are adsorbed by a special material, condensing moisture into water that’s removed from the system. DBS series dryers achieve dew points of -40°C (or -70°C optional) with lower energy use than standard DDS dryers. An integrated blower system uses ambient air, minimizing compressed air loss.”
