ULTRA-HIGH PERMANENT MAGNET CORE TECHNOLOGY

Airhorse air suspension blowers operate by channeling air through high-precision impeller blades, increasing air pressure and delivering a steady flow of pressurized air. These blowers are equipped with three advanced core technologies: ultra-high-speed direct-drive motors, air suspension bearings, and high-precision centrifugal impellers. Together, these features ensure exceptional efficiency, superior performance, low noise levels, and reduced energy consumption—making them a premium choice for high-end industrial applications.

OIL-FREE AIR SUSPENSION BEARINGS

They primarily consist of radial and thrust bearings, among other components. During operation, there is no physical contact between the rotating shaft and the bearings, eliminating the need for lubricating oil and resulting in extremely low energy loss.

ORIGINAL MOTOR AIR COOLING TECHNOLOGY

The two-stage cooling structure provides a more stable and efficient cooling effect. The first stage cools the interior of the motor, while the second stage effectively cools the motor’s components and stator. This design eliminates the need for additional external cooling equipment, such as air bearing assemblies or forced cooling fans.

AVIATION ALUMINUM ALLOY IMPELLER

The impeller is made from high-strength aviation-grade aluminum alloy, with design precision reaching up to 0.001 mm. This ensures exceptional operational efficiency while providing excellent wear resistance and resistance to deformation, making it highly durable and reliable under demanding conditions.

TWO-STAGE COMPRESSION TECHNOLOGY

For pressures below 1.2 kg, first-stage air compression technology is used, while pressures between 1.2–4 kg utilize advanced second-stage air suspension bearing compression technology. This approach ensures significantly higher efficiency across a wide pressure range.
