Active Carbon Towers systems are essential for achieving high-purity compressed air in industrial environments. While standard compressed air filtration systems can remove oil content down to 0.01 mg/m³, more advanced applications require filtration as low as 0.003 mg/m³. This is especially critical for industries such as electronics, hospitals, and food & beverage, where discharged vaporized oil must be completely eliminated.
To meet these strict standards, the CTS Active Carbon Towers series is engineered for exceptional performance. For even better results, pair it with our ACT-VS Inverter Dryers for optimized air treatment. Learn more about activated carbon filters and their role in maintaining clean compressed air systems.
The CTS Active Carbon Towers is engineered to deliver ISO 8573 Class 1 (oil) compressed air quality, ensuring oil concentration sensitivity down to 0.003 mg/m³. With a maximum pressure loss (Delta P) of just 200 mbar, this high-efficiency Active Carbon Tower guarantees performance with minimal energy loss.
Designed for a service life of 12 months (8000 hours) at 30˚C, it includes a chassis, active carbon filter element, and tower—ideal for industries requiring the highest level of air purity.
Inlet configuration: Water separator with timer condensate drain and pressure loss sensor
Discharge setup: 1 micron particle filter and 0.5 mg/m³ oil filter
For complete compressed air treatment, pair it with our ACT-VS Inverter Dryers to maximize air purity and system performance.
