Every manufacturing site’s compressed air discharge should be filtered via various particule and oil sensitivity filters in order to have purified quality compressed air at point of use; such as automation systems, processes, pneumatic tools etc. “CFS series” large capacity cartridge-type flanged filters include various models with particule, oil and oil vapor filtration capabilities. This series include integrated differential pressure gage and automatic condensate drain.
Cartridge type oil and dust compressed air filters. Produced with high quality, multi-layered, and large surface area. It is recommended to be used before and after the air dryer according to the quality of the compressed air at the outlet. The inside and outside of the filter body are treated with electrophoretic coating against rust. It has a hinge/lever mechanism that allows a single operator to easily perform maintenance and change the cartridge.
Filter Sensitivity Levels
• 0 : 1 micron particle, 0.5 mg/m3 oil (Before the dryer)
• 1 : 0.01 micron particle, 0.01 mg/m3 oil (After the dryer)
• 2 : 0.003 mg/m3 oil vapor (After the dryer)
