The high efficiency cooling module has a direct effect on pressure drops and energy saving. Low pressure drops are observed in ACT VS series even with load changes. In addition, the pressure dew point is fixed according to changing load conditions. ACT VS Series dryers contain environmentally friendly “R407C” refrigerant and are manufactured from environmentally friendly materials. The ACT-VS series is one of the most advanced refrigerant compressed air dryer products. The touch-screen controller in the product, which includes the latest technology and functions, allows all operating parameters of the machine to be controlled. The integrated inverter set can adjust the refrigerant compression and speed. Therefore, the dryer can completely control the energy requirement to fix the +3°C dew point. It includes an integrated electronic level-controlled condensate discharge device, which contributes to extra energy saving, so that there is no loss of compressed air when the condensate is discharged.
